  2. UNCORK the MUSIC CONCERT SERIES - Haymakers

    July 14, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ Wheat State Wine Co.

We will be selling wine and beer, please leave outside alcoholic beverages home! ... Call it roots or Americana but the music made by Kansas-based band Haymakers is the intersection of blues, folk, bluegrass, country and more. The outfit’s origins run back more than a decade when vocalist/harmonica player Dustin Arbuckle and guitarist/vocalist Tom Page began performing duo gigs. Arbuckle served as vocalist for roots and blues act Moreland and Arbuckle, recording six albums (including one as Moreland, Arbuckle & Floyd) between 2005 and 2016, culminating in the Alligator Records release, Promised Land or Bust. With a touring scheduled that carried the band across the United States and Canada as well as Europe and Australia, sharing the stage with Buddy Guy, Robert Cray and Johnny Lang, Moreland & Arbuckle called it a day in 2017.
