  2. Compost Site Open at 320 Broad

    Materials accepted are cut grass, leaves, brush, limbs (maximum of 6"), and other yard waste. Leaves and grass must be unbagged before unloading and bags may be discarded in trash containers provided by the City. NO LUMBER, CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS OR HOUSEHOLD TRASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

  2. Wine-O Trail Run

    May 20, 2017, 9:00 AM @ Wheat State Wine Co. Located 6 1/2 miles East of Hackney community on Cowley 20.

    Get ready for a 2 mile Walk, 5K or 10K Run! Wheat State Wine Co. is hosting the Wine-O Trail Run to benefit the William Newton Healthcare Foundation. We can only accept a total of 400 runners. For the 5K and 10K, each have a 150 runner spots and the 2Mile walk a 100. When we are getting closer to the run, we will move more spots to the 5K and 10K if spots for the walk are not all taken. Sign-up $ 50* Sign-up includes: - Wine-O Trail Run T-Shirt - Wine-O Trail Run Wine-Glass* (a special Jubilee Glass) - A glass of Wine* - Goodie Bag - 10% discount on all purchases *We only serve to customers form the age of 21 and up. There will be a non- alcoholic beverage available as a replacement. Along the trail there will be water-stops and wine tasting. During registration there will be coffee from College Hill Coffee for sale and after the race Luciano’s will be selling a delicious lunch. Get you picture taken at the Photo Booth for just $ 1*
